Dear Mr. Chairman,

I am Hiroyasu Ishikawa of KDDI R&D Laboratories in Japan.

KDDI R&D Labs would like to intent to submit a technical proposal for the 
initial 802.20 Specification.

We would appreciate it if you could take into account our proposal to the 
agenda of November IEEE802.20 meeting.
