To the Members of IEEE802.20: 

This note is to inform you of ArrayComm's support of Kyocera's request to
Jerry Upton, Chair of IEEE 802.20, to repeal the adoption of the Technology
Selection Process and to suspend the Call for Proposals until the issues
within their appeal are resolved.
