The correction to the meeting minutes, specifically the Appendix C2, are listed in the attached, revised contribution: C802.20-06/15r1. It would be appropriate to discuss the contribution during the Monday afternoon meeting session.

I do not understand your point.
If your contribution is a proposal to amend or correct the minutes then it should have been sent as a proposed correction.
The approval of the Jan. minutes is before any contribution.
I suggest you explain this when we move to approve the minutes.
