Title: Request to Be Added to Ballot Resolution Group

Jerry,

In Jan Session 18 in Hawaii, you requested from members to send you a request for participation in Ballot Resolution Group (BRG) if they are interested. As an action item from the meeting, I sent you a request through email but you rejected my request without stating any reason(s).

I hereby would like to repeat my request for membership in BRG, also please let me know what the planned process is for the group for comment resolution. In the case that you reject my request, please provide me with your reasons. 

I have been participating in many IEEE and non-IEEE comment resolution committees and I think it is both conventional and also very reasonable and beneficial to have all interested ballot members and even not ballot members to participate actively in comment submission and resolution process.
