Please find attached the latest update for contribution: "IEEE 802.20 Letter Ballot - Technical Issues" : C802.20-06/17.
A copy of the cover page has been emailed to the WG chair, Jerry Upton by the deadline on Feb 24, 2006, and also emailed to the reflector a few days later, before a contribution number was provided. I apologize for the delay in submitting the complete contribution. As these issues are related to the WG letter ballot, which is not closed until tomorrow, but we would like to share with you our findings as of this time.
