802.20 Participants
This is to inform you that the information for both the July Plenary and September Interim Wireless meetings are available on the 802.20 website. The hotels are accepting bookings and the registration web-sites are live. Please book early to assure room availability.
The deadlines for the September meeting are:

GROUP RATE – BOOK ON or AFTER AUGUST 1, 2008
RESERVATION CUT OFF DATE: FRIDAY, AUGUST 15, 2008
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours (2 days) prior to your arrival date and time.
For the July 2008 Plenary Session, the web pre-registration fee is $400 US. Web pre-registration closes at 6pm PT, Friday, June 27, 2008 (UTC Time: Saturday, June 28, 2008, 2am). After that time, the registration fee is $500 US for both web registration and on-site registration.
The hotel reservation cut off date is also Friday, June 27, 2008.
