During Vic's 802.11 ballots, the suggestion has been made that the WG Roster be
included in the Sponsor Ballot pool. I believe this would be a good idea, and
allow checking of this list be the WG voters. It does imply that the names on
the list are the WG voters who are voters when the standard is forwarded to
Sponsor Ballot and additional names who the chair feels have made contributions
to the standard. Note that only these names will receive a complimentary book.
