[802SEC] PAR extension requests for 802.15.6 and 802.15.4e

Informational update.  I submitted one year PAR extension requests for 
802.15.6 and 802.15.4e.  Both projects have passed primary sponsor ballot 
and are currently in recirculation.  I am expecting to seek conditional 
approval in Atlanta to forward both to RevCom for consideration at its 
first meeting in 2012.
