On May 22, 2017, with the approval of our Chairman, we started an online ballot to approve an input document for the ITU-R on Light Communications. The required ten days have passed, the ballot is now closed, and the results are shown below.
With a vote of 12/0/4, this motion has passed, so it will be passed to the ITU-R Technical Liaison for the required formatting, and be submitted to the ITU-R WP-1A.
