[802SEC] 802.1 WG PARs for EC pre-circulation

Colleagues,

 

The May 802.1 interim meeting was authorized to discuss several PARs and as a result would like to pre-circulate the following PARs for consideration to progress to NesCom at the July plenary:

I would request that these be considered for review by all WGs at the July plenary, and also be considered for approval by the EC.
