Given that the ICAID expires in Dec of this year, it would be better to not wait until November.
The process defined in the noted section assumes a 1 week plenary, not the 2 week proposed by your motion to suspend rules, therefore, required timing is not clear.
Yes we should do a rules suspension to allow the icaid to be considered at the Aug 4 meeting.

ICAIDs have not yet been handled. It is indeed a separate process in the OM.
I didn't know that we needed and ICAID approval in July. Can it be done in November instead?
The motion would be roughly the same as the one for the PARs, with the section numbers changed.
