UPAMD goals - life expectancy



I don't think we should define MTBF; this is up to each manufacturer to spec.

I think the original idea is that the standard requires a new affirm every 5
years and we should expect that it last for at least 2 renewal with major
changes so much that it gets obsolete.

 Maybe one question - "life expectancy" as MTBF, or as "to become obsolete"?
