Educational material in support of the approved changes to the IEEE-SA Patent Policy
All,
Fifty six (56) comments were received on
the previous version of education material - again our thanks to those
that supplied these comments. The Core Drafting Committee met most of today
and has considered all these comments. The following documents are the
result of that comment response process, there were no comments received
on the Patent Letter of Assurance (LoA) Process Flowchart or the Patent
Slides for WG Meetings so these remain unchanged from the previous version.
The comment responses are also available for review. These
drafts will be considered by PatCom at its meeting next week on the afternoon
of Tuesday 20th March.
