ProCom Ad Hoc on Antitrust - approved draft

At its meeting on 22nd March 2007, the
IEEE-SA Standards Board approved the Antitrust guidelines developed by
the ProCom Ad Hoc on Anti-trust. My thanks to all the members of ad hoc
for the time and effort they put into developing these guidelines. The
members were Chuck Adams, Jim Hughes, Rich Hulett, Michael  Lindsay,
Amy Marasco, Ron Moore, Chuck Powers, Robert Skitol, from staff Karen Kenney,
Mary Lynn Nielsen, Dave Ringle. My thanks also to everybody that submitted
comments during the development of the draft.

I have attached the guide as approved including
the editorial changes that have been performed to it as well as a compare
version to show these changes. This guide will be published on 30th April
and will be posted on the IEEE web site, and will, among other areas, linked
from the PatCom home page. Please note that there may still be some additional
editorial and/or grammatical corrections as well as hyperlink updates during
the publication process.
