IEEE Patent Policy Implementation Date
The final versions (including editorial revisions) of the patent policy
will not be uploaded to the IEEE-SA website until late in the day on April
30 or early May 1. Accordingly, the policy's effective date and time will
now be May 1, 2007 at 12:01 p.m. EDT.
