The new version of the IEEE-SA patent policy is effective 1 May 2007 at
12:01 p.m. ET.
The new version of the IEEE-SA policy on legal compliance (antitrust,
competition, etc.) is effective 1 May 2007 at 12:01 p.m. ET.
