is a draft document for your review. The document contains the draft responses
from the PatCom FAQ Ad Hoc group regarding the questions posed by Qualcomm at
the June 2007 meeting. At that meeting an Ad Hoc committee was formed to
develop draft responses to these questions regarding the FAQs associated with
the patent policy. Please note that this document is a draft for review and is
subject to change. A copy of the original questions is also attached. All
comments concerning the attached draft must be entered using the PatCom
