Dear pp-dialog members,

The first draft of a set of clarifications of the IEEE-SA Standards Board Bylaws in the areas that the Ad Hoc has been examining is now available for comment and can be accessed at <http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/pp-dialog/drafts_comments/index.html>. The comment period will open today, and will close at 23:59 UTC on 20 September 2013. As you will observe, the comment period overlaps the IEEE-SA Standards Board PatCom meeting. This will allow those that attend the meeting to discuss the draft, which, in turn, may influence the comments submitted.

The PatCom comment entry spreadsheet or the PatCom comment entry tool must be used for the submission of comments <http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/pp-dialog/comment-tool/index.html>. Use of either the spreadsheet or tool, including providing a rationale for each change requested, is required in order for your comments to be considered in a systematic manner. For this reason, edited copies of the documents will not be considered.
