Dear Colleagues/IEEE Participants and Contributors,

Please take note that u-blox AG and its subsidiaries support for adoption the two proposed FAQs pertaining to the IEEE patent policy. The draft FAQs accurately represent the meaning and intent behind the policy and u-blox anticipates that the proposed FAQs will help to prevent misunderstandings of the Patent Policy. It is not unusual to use FAQs to promote clarity and intent of policies, and the two suggested FAQs will benefit IEEE standards participants.
