I vote YES for the motion 36.3 .
It defines principles of common part of the standard.
So flavour documents will be similar in style.
Also it splits work on set-based intervals, on modal intervals on cset interval into parallel discussion threads.
I hope that we will be less distracted from the work on the set-based flavour if this motion passes.
