The voting period for Motion 59, a standard text motion, herewith begins.  Upon the logical suggestion of our voting tabulator, voting will continue on this motion until after Monday, January 6 (after the western New Year's holiday).

I have attached our lead technical editor's most recent version and comments.

           information.
