Draft: P1788.1 Standard for Interval Arithmetic (Simplified)

Dear Colleagues, 

I have attached a draft of the basic standard. IEEE did not like “Basic Standard” 

so it is "(Simplified)”. 

I would like to invite everybody for comments and suggestions.
