Not so fast. This still leaves the definition of Boolean in 4.1 in
terms of True and False. I think it would be better to stick to
"True" and "False" everywhere, including the place I overlooked.
I don't think there is any place where we need a mapping of Booleans
to Integers, so why bother to define one "for this document"?
