I withdraw this  motion until we have a consensus on the issue of “natural interval extension”. 

I propose that we discuss this until January 4th. I will re-examine all the emails
and will propose a starting point for discussion in the next few days. 

Then we can vote either on the text as a whole or only on the changes compared to 
P1788.1/M001.02.
