following the suggestion by George Corliss, let us withdraw Motion M001.02. This gives us time to discuss on an agreeable wording and then the motion can be moved (and seconded) again, and be more likely to be adopted.

As Michel Hack noticed, I was probably too much in a hurry (to have us on the fast lane) and I did not wait until Ned sends the text corresponding to Motion M001.02: the changes induced by Motion M002.01, which passed, are incorporated in the text that Ned sent just after my message.
I attach it for completeness. Changes between Motion M001.01 and Motion M001.02 are highlighted.
To sum up: as Motion M001.01 has been moved by Ned Nedialkov, seconded by Vladik Kreinovich (thanks to them both), discussed through Motion M002.01 and accordingly changed into Motion M001.02, we can now vote on Motion M001.02 until Monday December 21. Best regards Nathalie
