[802-LMSC] IEEE 802 LMSC 5 Day Review +++ Liaison letter to ITU-T SG15
Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,
At the IEEE 802.3 interim meeting held on Thursday, 17 September 2026, the IEEE 802.3 Working Group approved sending the following liaison letter to ITU-T SG 15 (among other organisations). In accordance with subclause 7.2.2 of the IEEE 802 LMSC Operations Manual regarding 'IEEE 802 LMSC subgroup public statements to government bodies', I am initiating the required review period of at least five days for public statements not presented for review at an IEEE 802 LMSC meeting. If no motion to block is made by Sunday, 4 October 2026, AOE (23:59 UTC -12), I will send the letter.
