stds-802-mobility: 802.20 management update

For the moment, please consider the management team of 802.20 to be Geoff Thompson and myself.  Geoff and I will be working closely with 802.20 to provide mentorship and guidance. 

 

Presently Geoff and I are actively working with Mark Klerer and Jerry Upton to resolve handling of the day-to-day management responsiblities for the group.  We reviewed and approved the tentative agenda for the May Interim session and I asked Mark to post it to the reflector earlier this week.  I plan to have the day-to-day management responsiblities roles defined within  a week or two at the latest.
