The 801.18 Study Group on TV band sharing has approved a PAR and 5 Criteria for requested approval by the 802 Executive Committee at the July Plenary.
Please provide me with any comments. Also if you have specific questions, please direct them to Carl Stevenson, the chair of 802.18 and myself.

Dear EC Colleagues,Attached for review and comment is the PAR and 5C document approved by 802.18 SG1 and 802.18.The vote in the SG was 15-0-3 (the 3 abstains were from folks who were in the SG1 meeting for the 1st time during the final review and vote and had not had the benefit of having participated in all of the discussions leading up to the final content).The vote in 802.18 was unanimous, with a quorum of voting members present.Please excuse any formatting irregularities and concentrate on content ... I will endeavour to make the margins consistent, etc. prior to the July plenary.Regards,Carl R. Stevenson
