Although I have some concerns, I vote approve. I STRONGLY hope we can
quickly transition this role to a service provider (for which I see Buzz
as the most obvious choice to be the provider). But there are times when
one must make emergency spending decisions while waiting for completion
of a well thought out procurement process. I don't have a problem with
doing so in this case.
