Before I receive many more emails on the topic, I wanted to apologize for including a confidentiality and tax notice to my pp dialogue email regarding my request for questions and answers on the patent policy.
I know better but my law firm has a default policy that requires those disclosures on all emails and I have to manually override them to eliminate them. Additionally, I am not technologically sophisticated enough to figure out how to override it on my blackberry. Thus, I appreciate the irony that this email has the confidentiality and tax disclosure on this message but I wanted to acknowledge my error before too much of the day had passed and I only have access to my blackberry. I will resend the request for input without the disclaimer when I have access to my computer and can override it for those of you that are unwilling to respond to my email given the disclaimer.
