Would “in the past” be too broad? 1 day in the past, 1 year in the past? What if the existing SMD_KDK is derived in a different SMD?
Maybe add some restriction to the SMD_KDK helps: the new Per-AP MLD PTK is derived using the existing SMD_KDK
cached for that SMD-ME as described in the previous paragraph
