This Tutorial
is the first to address all aspects of IEEE1149.4 in detail.
IEEE 1149.4
is targeted at improving Mixed-Signal Board and system testability. It
reduces time to market, and increases performance by permitting more miniaturization
of interconnects and improved characterization. The objective of this Tutorial
is to transfer the knowledge of this standard to you and allow you to build
it into your company's future products.
This first
Tutorial will be held in the Garden Court Hotel in Palo Alto-CA
on Friday
May 3rd and Saturday May 4th, 2002.

The IEEE 1149.4 Mission Statement
To define, document, and promote the use of a standard mixed-signal
test bus that can be used at the device, sub-assembly, and system levels
to improve the controllability and observability of mixed-signal designs
and to support mixed-signal built-in test structures in order to reduce
test development time and costs, and improve test quality.
