Also, though the IEEE 754-2008 standard doesn't define "ULP", it
defines:
2.1.44 quantum: The quantum of a finite floating-point representation
is the value of a unit in the last position of its significand. [...]

AFAIK, that's why I've switched from "place" to "position" in my
latest article (on SIPE).
