Sponsor Ballot Invitation for P1450.4 now open, and will remain open until 25Nov2016 23Dec2016 13Jan2017.

The Sponsor Ballot Invitation to participate in the STIL Test Flow P1450.4 ballot is now open.  For details on how to join the ballot group, see page 2 of the ballot invitation here:  P1450.4 Sponsor Ballot Invitation.  You may also contact the WG chair (Jim O’Reilly) for more information.

Sponsor Ballot Invitation for P1450.4 was closed on 13Jan2017.  Balloting will begin shortly.

Sponsor Ballot began on 23-Feb-2017, and closed on 17-Apr-2017.  Initial ballot results are:

·         85% response rate, 81% approval rate.

·         With >75% response rate, ballot is valid.  With >75% approval rate, the initial ballot passed, but with some negative votes with comments.

·         Currently in negative ballot comment resolution process.

Negative ballot resolution process has been completed, and first recirculation ballot was opened on Sept. 28, 2017.  The recirculation ballot closed on October 11, 2017.  Results of recirculation ballot #1 are:

·         88% response rate, 92% approval rate.

·         With >75% response rate, ballot is valid.  With >75% approval rate, the first recirculation ballot passed, but with some negative votes with comments.

·         Negative ballot comment resolution process has been completed (running from Oct. 11, 2017 through Oct. 15, 2017).

Negative ballot resolution process for the first recirculation has completed (running from Oct. 11, 2017 through Oct. 15, 2017), and the second recirculation opened on 10/16/2017, and closed on 10/26/2017.  Results of recirculation ballot #2 are:

·         91% response rate, 93% approval rate.

·         With >75% response rate, ballot is valid.  With >75% approval rate, the second recirculation ballot has passed.  There is one negative comment, which is a repeat of a previous negative comment.  At this point, we have submitted to RevCom and SASB for approval.

RevCom and SASB approved P1450.4 as IEEE 1450.4-2017 at their Dec. 5/6, 2017 meetings.  The publication process was completed on Feb. 9, 2018.  The document is now available through IEEE xPlore: IEEE 1450.4-2017

P1450.4 email reflector

As has been the case for other STIL development efforts, the P1450.4 Working Group maintains an email reflector (provided by IEEE).  This email address of the P1450.4 reflector is STDS-1450-4@listserv.ieee.org. All official notices go through this email reflector.

To subscribe: Send an email (from the account at which you want to receive the reflector traffic) to listserv@listserv.ieee.org" with the keywords "subscribe stds-1450-4 <firstname> <lastname>" (without quotes and angle brackets) in the body of the message (not the subject line, which can be empty).  Once you do that, you'll start receiving email traffic from the reflector.

To unsubscribe:  Send an email (from the same account you used to subscribe) to listserv@listserv.ieee.org, with the command "signoff stds-1450-4" (again, no quotes) in the message body (not the subject line, which can be empty).

To send email to the reflector: Send messages to stds-1450-4@listserv.ieee.org.  These messages will be delivered to all current subscribers of the reflector.
